Welcome to Northern Beaches Know-How
My business represents three areas in which I have significant experience:
- International relocation,
- Family relocation
- Education.
Firstly I have taken my own family through several relocations both here in Australia and in the USA I understand the challenges of leaving family and friends behind and watching all your wordily possessions disappear down the road in a truck! (and hoping you’ll see them again!)
Secondly I am a Mum who knows what it’s like to go through relocating children into new schools and to deal with the sometimes challenging emotions this can create. I know the process can be a mixture of excitement and anxiety. I know the decisions you will have to make and that you will often have to make them quickly.
Finally I am a UK qualified primary teacher with experience in Australia ,USA and the UK.I know the NSW curriculums well and am able to answer your questions about them.I also have a good knowledge of the childcare / pre-school options in the Northern Beaches.
Having moved around a great deal I now find myself settled on Sydney’s Northern Beaches with my husband , one young adult son (19 and currently at University) and two daughters aged 16 and 12.
All of the pictures on this site have been taken on the Northern Beaches, many of them are of my own family.
